Invested 2023

The Great Aussie Bush Camp (GABC) provides camps and outdoor education for New South Wales state and private schools.

FinCap acquired GABC in 2023 with cornerstone partner MA Financial, whilst retaining the existing loyal and experienced management team who remain dedicated to ensuring all students and teachers enjoy their experience at each camp.

Invested 2022

Established in 2013 as Iluma Solutions before a re-brand in 2022, Caravan & Camping AUS (CCA) offers an extensive, high-quality product range in targeted areas to the domestic RV market.

FinCap was instrumental in the acquisition of Finch Australia (a complementary business) and its combination with CCA. We continue to play an active role in the the company’s growth and strategic direction.

Invested 2020

Founded in 2018, 8 Star Energy provides an ecosystem of portable and renewable energy products to households across the globe.

Since our initial investment in 2021, FinCap has continued to support 8 Star Energy in multiple capital raising projects and executing on its strategic plan.

Invested 2020

KidsCo is a provider of flexible early childhood education and care that caters to the needs of parents, schools and corporate partners.

FinCap is on the KidsCo Board, providing growth capital for the business and guidance on strategic growth opportunities (including potential bolt-on acquisitions) for the company.

Invested 2021

Health & Harmony Colleges is Australia’s premier provider of educational courses specialising in flexible, self-paced online education in holistic health and wellbeing.

After Health & Harmony went into voluntary administration in 2021, FinCap acquired the business and commenced a restructure.

Exited 2025

Navalo Financial Services (formerly Payright ASX:PYR) was a Melbourne-based consumer finance provider specialising in digital payment-plan solutions for merchants. Rebranded in late 2023, Navalo was delisted following Metrics Business Finance’s compulsory acquisition of over 90% of its shares, with the remaining shares transferred in April 2025

FinCap participated in Payright’s 2022 capital raise and fully exited its position upon completion of the takeover.

Exited 2022

NQR (previously known as “Not Quite Right”) was founded in 1987 and is an Australian owned discount supermarket that offers savings of up to 80% RRP.

In May 2018, a team of seasoned deep discount retail specialists and strategic investors from FinCap transformed NQR by rationalising the number of stores, reducing operating costs and resetting the business for a much brighter future based on growth.  

Invested 2016

Launched in 2016, Fresho! was born out of the idea that fresh food waste could be eliminated through the application of state of the art software. 

FinCap investors participated in several seed funding rounds to support the growth and expansion of Fresho! throughout Australia and internationally.

Invested 2025

You Can Do It! Education (YCDI!) is an Australian social-emotional learning provider focused on improving the wellbeing, resilience and academic success of young people.

In June 2025, FinCap partnered with Tali Digital (ASX:TD1) to raise AUD 1.4 million in equity to fund Tali’s acquisition of YCDI!, enabling national scale through an integrated go-to-market platform leveraging existing LMS, CRM, marketing and payments infrastructure.
