Investment Committee
·Every investment decision on the FinCap Platform is subject to oversight by a formal Investment Committee with deep expertise across private equity, private credit and real assets.
The Committee applies the same governance standard used in institutional mandates, now available through a managed account structure. Below are the people who bring that standard to the platform.
Leanne Bradley
Independent Chair
A governance specialist with a 20-year career spanning investment management, fintech and board advisory roles. Former Head of Tailored Investment Solutions at AMP Capital, where she sat on the multi-asset and IPAC investment committees as delegated committees of the Responsible Entity. Currently a Non-Executive Director of Granite Bay Private Wealth and Investment Committee member of the IWDA Foundation.
David Wright
Committee Member
Head of Client Solutions at Pinnacle Investment Management, a strategic investor in FinCap. Co-founder and former CEO of Zenith Investment Partners, which he helped build into one of Australia’s leading investment research and ratings firms over more than three decades. Brings deep experience in investment research, consulting and governance to the Committee.
Christian Ryan
Committee Member
Executive Chair and Founder of FinCap, with decades of experience in wealth advisory (including extensive work with managed accounts) and private markets. He established FinCap with the goal of bringing institutional-quality private markets access to advisers and wholesale investors across Australia.
Ben Davis
Committee Member
Head of Portfolio and Investment Solutions at FinCap. CAIA-qualified with over 25 years of experience across the advice and wealth channels. Spent more than two decades at Zenith Investment Partners as Managing Partner and Equity Owner, holding senior roles across investment research, consulting and product, and was instrumental in building Mosaic.
