The Head of Treasury & Operations is responsible for managing investor cash flows, liquidity and trust operations within FinCap’s Private Asset Managed Account (PAMA) platform. This role oversees investor inflows and outflows, interim allocations, FX management and liquidity windows, while ensuring the effective establishment and operation of SPV and unit trust structures.

It will lead treasury policies, controls and scalable processes, working closely with Portfolio & Investment Solutions and Client Partnerships to align liquidity management with portfolio construction, governance and investor requirements. Over time, the role will support broader group level cash flow planning and has the potential to evolve into a senior finance leadership position within FinCap.

The Investment Analyst will play a hands-on role in the delivery of FinCap’s Private Asset Managed Account (PAMA) platform. This position is focused on research, due diligence, and analytics, contributing directly to portfolio design, product evaluation, and investment governance.

The role involves analysing private equity, credit, real asset, and infrastructure opportunities, preparing investment reports, and supporting portfolio monitoring and data integration. It offers exposure across the private markets landscape and the chance to contribute to scalable, innovative investment solutions for advisers and clients.
