The Head of Portfolio & Investment Solutions is responsible for building and leading the investment function within FinCap’s Private Asset Managed Account (PAMA) platform. This role will oversee portfolio design, fund selection, product research, analytics, and governance, ensuring customised solutions for advisers and clients. It will also manage operational and financial due diligence, integration of portfolio analytics technology, monitoring of the investments held within SPV / unit trust structures, and ongoing performance monitoring, while working closely with Treasury & Operations, and Client Partnerships to deliver scalable and compliant investment solutions.

The Investment Analyst will play a hands-on role in the delivery of FinCap’s Private Asset Managed Account (PAMA) platform. This position is focused on research, due diligence, and analytics, contributing directly to portfolio design, product evaluation, and investment governance.

The role involves analysing private equity, credit, real asset, and infrastructure opportunities, preparing investment reports, and supporting portfolio monitoring and data integration. It offers exposure across the private markets landscape and the chance to contribute to scalable, innovative investment solutions for advisers and clients.
