Christian is the founder of FinCap, where several years ago he started visualising the opportunity to bring together investors, mid market owners and opportunities, and started investing into private equity and capital investments. This vision led him to create and launch FinCap, to allow individuals and investors to access these market opportunities as easily as possible.

Serge is a founding Director of FinCap and a member of the Investment Management Committee.

With over 25 years of global experience in strategy, M&A and business development, Serge honed his skills during his extensive career at CSL. Formerly serving as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, he was responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and closing on global growth opportunities through M&A and strategic partnerships.

Bernard oversees FinCap’s real estate investment strategy. Bernard started his property career nearly 30 years ago and has worked in all aspects of property investment. He has developed unique expertise in private wealth management in the property sector having previously worked with various family groups. His strengths lie in analysing opportunities within the property market and setting strategies to improve asset performance, sourcing successful transactions, and utilising his many great contacts and partnerships within the property industry. He is now applying these skills in seeking alternative real estate assets that fit within FinCap’s PE strategy.
