FinCap is seeking investor interest in providing equity investment into the FinCap School Camps Real Estate Fund I for the acquisition of the fund's foundation assets of The Great Aussie Bush Camp (‘GABC’).
FinCap alongside MA Financial, have secured the operating assets on suitable terms. This initial acquisition will be the seed assets of the FinCap School Camps Real Estate Fund I, to build a portfolio of real estate and businesses in the lucrative school camps' sector. The FinCap team anticipates that the acquisition of The Great Aussie Bush Camp’s portfolio will be the foundation investment of this strategy.
